Cost effective
BIDEX®-400 tablets are indicated for
the temporary relief of coughs associated with respiratory
tract infections and related conditions such as sinusitis,
pharyngitis, bronchitis, and asthma, when these conditions
are complicated by tenacious mucus and/or mucous plugs
and congestion. BIDEX®-400 is effective
in productive as well as non-productive cough which
tends to injure the mucous membrane of the air passages.
Guaifenesin 400 mg
Expectorant which increases respiratory tract fluid secretions
and helps loosen phlegm and bronchial secretions.

and Administration |
Adults:
12 years and older:
1 tablet every 4 hours, not to exceed 2400
mg in 24 hours.
Pediatrics:
6 to 12 years of age
½ tablet every 4 hours, not to exceed
1200 mg in 24 hours.
Under 6 years of age
Use only as directed by a physician.
BIDEX®-400 tablets are supplied as
white, scored, capsule-shaped tablets, embossed "649/649"
on the top, and plain on the bottom, in bottles of
